A - To nominate and recommend high-moral individuals of Collo members for SPLM-IO's political bureau and liberation council, governmental positions at the local, state and federal levels in coordination with local constituents.

B - To consult with local constituents of the Collo cities and counties on issues affecting their daily life.

C - To advocate for economic, cultural, social, and educational development for Collo cities and counties.

D - To lobby and urge SPLM-IO leadership for a fair representation of Collo members in military, security, police, parliament, and executive institutions.

E - To intervene, investigate, and resolve any breach of municipal and city jurisdictions and boundaries, and recommend for remedy.

F - To develop media platforms for promotion of public awareness about important of participation in political, economic, and human rights activities.

G - To coordinate and work with Collo chiefs to develop Collo heritage, art, culture, language, values and tradition.

H - To investigate a crime against humanity and help the victims of the human rights abuse with litigation and compensation.

I - To consult and collaborate with members of other Collo political parties on common interests and issues affecting the Collo kingdom at large.

J - To promote mutual and cultural relationships with other ethnic groups to achieve peaceful coexistence and build national sentiment.
