Missing Person Record Form

Tracking missing, killed, or detained individuals is essential for the protection of human rights and to hold perpetrators accountable for crimes against humanity and the well-being of the families of victims. It ensures that no person disappears without a trace and that families and communities receive the truth, closure, and support they deserve.

We work hand in hand with the family members, colleagues, friends, local Red Cross, Amnesty International, and UNHCR to track missing, killed, or detained persons.  Whether you are reporting details firsthand or on behalf of friends and family, completing the Missing Person Form below is essential to conduct investigations into their deaths, loss, and detention.

Provide information about a missing, killed, or detained person by filling out this form.

The names of all confirmed war victims will be respectfully inscribed on the memorial monument to honor their lives and acknowledge their sacrifice. This memorial serves as a permanent place of remembrance for families, communities, and future generations, ensuring that every individual lost to conflict is recognized and never forgotten.
